The 11022/11025 is an LCR meter designed for measuring passive components, intended for automated production lines of passive components and incoming inspection.
The 11022 meets the needs of production sites with high-speed measurements and excellent measurement accuracy, and it is equipped with convenient features such as a counting function, good/bad product judgment function, and the ability to save and recall 50 set values using built-in memory.
Additionally, it allows for the selection of four types of output impedance, enabling measurement results to be compared with those from other companies' LCR meters, thus obtaining a consistent measurement standard. The high-speed and high-accuracy measurement capability of the low impedance mode is ideal for automated production lines of low impedance electronic components, such as those with large capacity and low inductance.
The 11025 can adjust the DC superimposed current, making it suitable for measuring the inductance of various communication transformers and low power inductors with DC superimposed current.
